Welcome to the ServerSide Support Center. Once your ticket is received, you will receive an immediate acknowledgement of your support request. ServerSide will then align the most appropriate resource to initially trouble shoot your issue. Once the problem is identified, be that software or hardware, we will collectively determine the best course of action. Response times will be determined by severity of the issue. Standard support is provided between the hours of 9am EST to 5pm EST Monday - Friday.
